The Naked German & the BBC Nigel Wells Wednesday 19 February 2020

A true story about a series of events in the Chagos Archipelago in the Indian Ocean during the late 1970’s and early 1980’s, illustrating how news can be changed or missed at the whim of a reporter or broadcaster.   Nigel joined Dartmouth Naval College as a cadet aged 16 and spent 33 years in the Royal Navy before retiring at the age of 50.   Yes, there is a year missing, but that is part of the story.
